Kelvin Fireplaces Ltd is a family run business based in Polhill Garden Centre; we have been here for over 15 years. Our dedicated Customer Services Team comprises Debbie, Stephanie and Deanna who are on-hand to guide you through the process.
Rob & Seamus are our “Gas Safe” and “Hetas” Engineers and will expertly and carefully fit your chosen fire in place.

Safety is paramount: Our Engineers are “Gas Safe” and “Hetas” trained and registered. As well as following regulations and manufacturer’s instructions on the day we also carry out a risk assessment at the initial survey to check potential safety issues such as working safely on a roof.
Truth and Respect: We treat customers and colleagues with respect; the majority of installations take place without delay or any mishap, but things can go wrong and we strive to put them right as quickly as possible.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are here to help you whether its general advice or to guide you through the process of selecting your new fire, stove, or fireplace.
We are here 7 days a week (usually only closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday) to discuss, demonstrate and help with any issues or queries related to our ranges and services.
We can book your annual Gas Fire Service, Chimney Sweep or Sweep and Stove Service.

We are excited to order new showroom displays to show these new innovative designs. The fire and stove suppliers are constantly upgrading products to be more efficient, easier to use with improved product designs, new colours, and styles.
The Fireplace manufacturers enhance their ranges with new contemporary designs whilst maintaining the very important and popular traditional classic styles.
Useful information to bring with you -
Please bring a little information with you to help us understand your request, it would be helpful to see:
- Pictures of the existing fireplace or chimney breast or wall where you are hoping to have your new fire fitted.
- A picture of the outside of the house that shows the full height of the house and chimney.
- Any measurements that would be important i.e., the existing Hearth if you want to keep your existing flooring, the Chimney Breast to ensure a new fireplace is the correct width.

SURVEYS AND PLANNING
After carrying out your initial site survey, we can supply and install Fireplaces, Gas and Electric Fires and Stoves, and Wood Burning/ Multi Fuel Stoves and Media Units.
EXPERT INSTALLATION
We carry out any building work using our highly trained trades professionals. Our professional installation teams are Gas Safe registered and HETAS-qualified Engineers.
